From The Liberal Death Star via Black Nova:
A federal judge ruled Monday that President Bush had both overstepped his constitutional bounds and improperly brushed aside the Geneva Conventions in establishing military commissions to try detainees at the U.S. naval base here as war criminals.
That's all we need -- federal judges deciding what the nitty gritty of treaties ought to be. Well, your honor, that's not your freakin' job. That's foreign policy, which is the executive branch's job. If I were President, I'd tell that judge to shove off. In fact, I'd probably arrest him and put his sorry black-robed ass in Gitmo.
Sometimes even I think it's a good thing I'm not the President.
