Exactly is correct. The part that's been torturing our troops is the part (outpatient care) that Bush and company outsourced to the private sector. Specifically, a fraudulently obtained contract with two ex-Halliburton executives.
The part run by the government - in-patient medical care - is still the best in the country.
Still think privatizing is such a good idea?
Still think an administration that's been slashing the VA for years "supports our troops?"
